The GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort lining keeps out the snow and ice while holding in heat to protect us against the cold. This boot's studded soles take our traction over the top with fourteen carbide steel tip studs that dig into frozen snow and ice to keep us upright on slippery surfaces. This combination is killer for icy sidewalks sledding hills frozen lakes and winter walks to grandmother's house.
